Claire Burke Decorative Potpourri, Original Scent, 1 ct

What can I say about this product? The original is the most awesome scent, it is hard to find. I’ve loved it for years. People have always commented on how nice my home smells. I put one or two drops in my aromatherapy diffuser. I put one drop on my vacuum cleaner filter when I vacuum. When I change out the trash cans in the bathrooms, I put a drop in there with a paper towel in the bottom. It keeps the whole house smelling really nice.

I am a grad student and could only afford a smaller, older apartment. Because of this, my apartment has this musty smell that I just can't get to leave. I placed some of this stuff in little one dollar square decorative cups from the dollar general, and then placed it in several locations around the apartment. When I came home from class last night, the great smell was all over my apartment. It last a very long time and it is very strong, but not overwhelming.

Have loved the scent since first smelling it 30 + yrs ago. 2 Problems: limited availability at stores and show to keep the scent fresh longer.

I purchased this because I was just moved to my own office (yay!). Unfortunately, it is a very musty smelling office (boo...) So I bought this and placed it in a large crystal vase to decorate my new space and make it smell good. Unfortunately, I have had to place a pad of paper over the vase to control the fragrance! I thought at first it just needed a couple of days to calm down, but it has been three months now and the stuff is still really strong! I think this would be great in a large room....

CB Original is the best! I smelled it at my aunts house, who has been using it for many years. I really enjoy the deep earthiness it has. The product has a nice scent throw. I usually pick out the finer bits and make sachets and use the little nut looking things in dishes around the house. I like to refresh with the little bottle of oil and rotate out containers so it doesn’t get dusty. I hoard this and will buy continuously as long as they make it. Great house scent for all year!
