Works the day I took it make sure to have time to take them because you will the restroom near by but it works

Great product!
I am very pleased with this product. It does not cause cramping and can be used safely on a regular basis. I actually use it in addition to Metamucil and/or Miralax. My constipation woes are over!

Allergic reaction
My nose almost immediately stuffed up. Hoping it doesn’t get worse. Waiting to see if I need to take a Benadryl. I have no idea what I’m reacting to.
