This review is for the 1400 mg 1 per-day fish oil softgels. ThisThis review is for the 1400 mg 1-per-day softtabs Finest Nutrition. Not the same as this product.I compared the amount of fish oil in these with other brands. It was much higher than most with only having to take 1 capsule.The only drawback is the fish after taste after a few hours of taking them. It is not as noticeable if you eat before taking it. Also, I'm getting used to it. I'd still rather take only 1 tab instead of 3 of the others to match the same about of EPA/DHA. The Sam's fishoil didn't even list DHA/EPA. They were also a good value.
