Work great

I wanted to love these, but they just don't get warm enough for me. I have terrible circulation in my hands and feet and get freezing when the temperature is under 65 degrees. I have to do a lot of driving and waiting for my family, so I thought these would help wintery days parked in my car so I wouldn't have to run the engine and heater all the time.These definitely warm up, and they feel nice, but my fingers still feel cold even holding on to one in each hand. I tried slipping into leather gloves, which is also lovely at first, but they quickly cooled off, I assume because leather blocked the oxygen from reaching whatever it is that makes them work.I was reminded of how it is when you run a bath and the water isn't quite warm enough. You want to put more hot water into the mix. I kept thinking, I wish I could turn these up a notch to be actually HOT.I really love the idea of these, and I know they work for some people, but my experience was just okay. I will continue to use the remaining ones I purchased but won't be buying them again. Instead, I'm just going to take a hot water bottle in the car with me or make sure I have a hot travel cup of coffee to hold onto on days I have to wait.

Love these hands warmers. They were a life saver years ago during travel to China for Ice & Snow festival in Harbin. Temperatures were -32. Kept them in ski pant pockets along w/camera. Saved the camera’s battery. (Pre cell phone times). If you’re inclined, WARNING: do not place directly on sensitive skin areas, abdomen, chest, etc.. It can cause a burn! Haven’t experienced that w/palms of hands in gloves/mittens although can’t feel really hot.

They are a nice quick cheap option for warmth. They are small and can easy to hold.
