Fixed the problem
This was a perfect fit and resolved the problem with the outside temperature indication on my 2006 Sierra. It was very easy to install with no modification required. I believe it is a very good value for the price.

Well, I'm here now.....
Had to remove the front grille on my GMC Sierra Denali truck to service the horns. Since I had so much effort to get to horns, the sensor was also behind said grille. It really is a no brainer especially since it was easier to do than the horns. For $10.00, it is an inexpensive remedy for a possible headache in the future.Be Proactive, not reactive.

So far it helped keep check engine light off after replacing the shutter valve since s1 lol my man forgot to get sensor too so had used old one so I'm thinking it's fixed now with the new sensor and unhooked battery reset
