Selezione Tartufi White Truffle Oil, 2.1 Ounce Unit

I'm a truffle lover.Truffle oil is meant to be strong, bursting with flavor and this delivers. Most truffle oils are cheap and not genuine.This bottle is legit. I add it to my scrambled eggs, white pasta, sometimes even red pasta, pizza, even plain noodles with parmesan and this oil is the bomb.I've had so many friends come over and we all fight over the bottle.It's a small bottle, but worth it. Just a few drops of totally enough for something like a like a slice of pizza.

It is just me. Didn't care for it

The olive oil isn't extra virgin, but it's very good. I scramble eggs with it, put it on basmati rice, drizzle it on toast, and sniff the bottle about ten times a day. It can dissipate a bad mood pretty quickly.

Flavor is amazing, my wife keeps staring at me every time I enjoy it like the Ratatouille scene when Anton Ego wanted to give his compliments to the chef, this oil brings me the same feeling.
