My hot flashes are not completely gone but instead of lasting 10+ min, they last about 15 seconds and I do not get all sweaty. I am also sleeping through the night again. I went from 4 hours back to 7.5 hours of sleep a night. If you decide to try it I definitely suggest you try it for a few months. After my first month I did not order my second bottle in time. **Q: Have anyone taking this experienced weight gain?**
A: I gained weight and my estrogen levels went through the roof. Way to high.  My blood levels did a drastic swing after taking this. 5.6 to 834!! I don’t have any other changes.  Waiting for a response from my doctor if I should continue.
