Have a X Pro 125CC that would not stay running. Cleaned carb thoroughly, set the float level, etc. The carb that came on the ATV only had one adjustment for air mixture. The fuel mixture setting was plugged off. There was nothing I could do to tune out the stalling without having it idle way too high at idle.This one ran out of the box, and then I was able to dial it in. Adjust air mixture until idle reaches it's highest peak, and then adjust the fuel mixture to bring the idle back down to where it needs to be (High enough not to stall out when quickly shutting down the throttle from high rpm, but as low as you can get it otherwise)The spark plug in this kit was a bonus. The old carb fouled the plug pretty bad. Not sure how long the China brand will last, but it was basically a freebie.The air filter is better than the old one too. But don't forget to oil the air filter if you want to actually stop dust. Google it if you don't know what I mean. "How do I oil an air filter?"There is no provision for the crankcase breather tube. Just tie it out of the way. Some oil vapor will come out a bit from time to time. Just zip tie the tube pointing down towards the rear chain. Lol. Free lubrication, because let's be honest...none of us is cleaning the chain on a kid's china atv like we should.

Works great right out of the box. No adjustment needed at all easy install. Don't waste your time and money trying to clean the old carburetor like I did. I purchased 2 and both worked great I would diffently recommend this product.

Bought this for a brand new Tao Tao/XPRO 125cc quad because the stock carburetor that it came with seemed bad. It had no power at all and had issues with hesitation and stalling constantly, in addition the mixture screw was non-adjustable.After installing this carburetor which took me about 20 minutes, it immediately ran 400 times better!I did have to actually lean out the mixture on it about 1/2 turn and readjust the idle speed but WOW! What a difference!!Very good carburetor for this bike, especially fir the money, my low end actually has power now, my top end is running better and it idles nice and smooth with low rpm’s.Highly recommend this carburetor for any Tao Tao or XPRO 125cc quad over the stock carburetor.

Installed on a Chinese go kart. Good fit and started right up.

So our boys have two Tao Tao 110cc four wheelers. One has the PZ20 the other has this PZ22 carburetors. The old one that were on the machines had them running poorly if at all and were unable to pull apart and cleaned due to them being riveted together. This one was not and when bolted on ran awesome right out of the box. And if it starts messing up it is able to be taken apart for cleaning/rebuilding. I'm pleased with this purchase and the fast shipping was a plus too!

I'm very familiar with all the Chinese engines and bikes. Bought two of these from this vendor. one worked perfect the other needed a little re-jet. the idle jet/slow jet is odd style, has threads on tip instead of middle. I've never seen this type in any PZ series before and could not find any like it to buy. just a nuisance had to ream it. work fine now.

Put it on a 70cc Pitster Pro Chinese Pitbike. It was having the bog issue and this card really woke the bike up, night and day difference. Still need to find the sweet spot on tuning, it’s a automatic so a little bit of a pain finding it where it does not want to jump forward but not to much to where it sputters. Overall super happy.
