Most of the standing bags I was looking at were thin and small and I was looking for something I could do low kicks on without cracking my shins on a metal spring base. This thing is huge! Took some finesse putting it together because of the way the rubber base locks into the tower inside the bag, but you can really tell once you do that this bag is SOLID. I know it's going to hold up well to kicks and knees and punches. Added 150 lbs of sand to the base and can already tell it will take a beating. Quick shipping, wonderful quality. My 12 year old that weights 109 kicks and the whole top part gets unscrew and falls. I tried to returner and they told me the label does not include returning cost. They want to charge me 200 dls for the return
