This product apparently is only available from the UK, we discovered it on a trip when we were in London and my wife was having issues with Hemhroids. This product is by far the best of any we've ever used. It is incredibly soothing and really helps with all the discomfort. It is worth the extra price you pay to get it from overseas.

Better than most

Please please see your GP before you self diagnosis. I thought I had piles so was using this to treat only it turned out to be bowel cancer. Iv now been fitted with a colostomy bag and having chemotherapy and radiotherapy all because for a year I thought I would I could treat this. I am 36 and female and didnt think I could get this.

I had never experienced piles until I was 8 months pregnant with my second baby. I woke up one morning, tired, swollen, grumpy and achey and went to the loo. That is when I realised that my um... tailpipe shall we call it, was rather sore and uncomfortable. All I could think was "and what fresh hell is this?!" A quick check with a midwife revealed what I suspected - I was indeed suffering from Satan's grapes! She recommended this ointment (and specified the ointment over the cream as it "hangs around for longer once applied"). I wasted no time in ordering and ordered it in the Uber on my way home! 🤣It arrived the next day and I didn't really know what to expect, so here's a heads up for first time users - you will experience a slight cooling/tingling sensation when you first apply it (it's kind of what I imagine it would feel like to wash your bum out with mouthwash - and for the love of god, please don't try that at home folks!). It feels a little strange but doesn't hurt and stops after a few minutes, then you are left with the soothing relief after the local anaesthetic kicks in!I used this stuff morning, noon and night and within 3 days, the piles had gone! I continued to use it right up until I gave birth (just incase they decided to come back).Honestly, this stuff is amazing! Worth the money!

This product is amazing. After giving birth, I suffered from piles. It was very uncomfortable and some days extremely painful. I had tried a prescribed cream and Anusol. Both would ease the discomfort, but, the piles did not shrink. A nurse recommended Germaloid. I applied the cream twice a day for 3 weeks and my piles have gone. Affordable, easy to use, and very effective.
