Is it stable? Is it going to fall?

The mask is set with a fixed band to stabilize the head. The type of headgear I bought is more stable and will not fall off easily.

I wouldn't say it's for small children, especially if you intend to use batteries to light up the eyes. Teens and adults can use it just fine.

How do the eyes turn on

There is a small box attached to the mask and you just flip the small switch.
