Uses store bought sauces/pastes :(. Not right choice for me
Love Marion Grasbys online recipes for making pastes and sauces from scratch. I will probably still use some recipes but disappointed it’s all store bought stuff. For me the fun is making from scratch. I was specifically looking for her yellow curry paste recipe as I’d lost it.But the book is called Asia express so I guess there was a clue in the title ;)

I really wish I could find her other book the food is absolutely delicious 30 mins and if you prep the day before 🤩instant dinner! WOW just WOW oh and please make you sauces and products available in the USA 👍🏼

Easy to follow recipes. Would be very helpful if the measurements were in lbs. & oz. for the viewers in the USA.

Need more assorted kits of Marion pleaseđź’•
All of Marion recipes are perfect. I wish you would carry all her products. It’s easier plus I keep green onions, ginger, garlic, sesame oil on hand. I love green onions on everything. Marion is fastastic, and her momma too! Get more kits on shelves. Tia.

Nice easy yet tasty Asian recipes
Clear recipes & lovely photos.Description of Asian ingredients and suggestions of where to-buy are handy. Lots of recipes I look forward to trying.

Wonderful
I loved everything about this book. Lots of yummy recipes by the great Marion Grasby. All the recipes are easy to follow, pictures where beautifully done. There is some helpful tips on buying a wok, wok use and seasoning a wok. Also a pantry section on ingredients used in the recipes throughout the book and also explains a bit about the ingredient its taste, where to buy etc. which i liked. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is just starting out cooking Asian food to the experience.
