Bought for the purpose of recovery from a case of food poisoning that had made me feel generally weaker than usual,a good Chinese friend had told me about it as a herbal option,indeed it worked over a period of time(2 weeks) .I used only 4 pills a day(as my friend said to) ,did not give any "coffee buzz' feeling or 'hop and drop' as they call it .There was a steady increase in strength with lasting effect.I will buy it again.
