My son was diagnosed at a young age with flat feet, as well as feet/knees and hips that turn slightly inward. His hips and knees should straighten naturally by the time he is a teenager. However, every single day he has complained of foot and knee pain as well as pain in his ankles. At times I attributed to "growing pains". I figured why not try these inserts after reading some reviews because we were getting new shoes at the time. I can't tell you how happy he is as well as myself. At first they seemed to hurt a little, but a different kind of pain than the one he complained of. After a short time he noticed how much better his feet and ankles and knees were feeling. I know it isn't meant for knee pain, but I think the help with the feet and alignment has relieved the knee pain as well. It isn't 100% relieved, BUT there is definitely a big and noticeable difference. He is extremely happy. I will continue to purchase this product as his feet grow....I haven't looked to see how far the size goes, but I'm hoping it goes beyond size 3 as that is his current size. If not, I'll be back to reading reviews for other brands. But for those in current search and with a child that has a similar issue, I highly recommend this product!

I read all the reviews before purchasing these inserts for our 7-year-old son. About a year earlier, he was complaining of foot pain for months. We finally took him in for X-rays and the doctor informed us that he needs better arch support. He told us to only buy our son New Balance sneakers, because they provide excellent support, unlike many of the "cooler" sneaker brands that we had been buying for him (Nike, Puma, Converse). So we did and the problem immediately went away. We were so happy that it was such an easy fix. But I was slightly bummed that he didn't have the style of sneakers that looked so cute on him (fashion mom). Still, no brainer, he was no longer in pain. But after more than a year of only New Balance, I started wondering what I could do to put him in some other brands. That's when I started researching inserts. After all the reviews, I bought these.A good 3 months later, I can report that these really work! He's wearing high tops and hasn't had one issue! I think it took him about 10 minutes to get used to having the inserts in, and I never heard another word. They totally correct any lack of arch support in standard sneakers. And the beautiful thing is, they are removable. You can take them out of one pair and put them in another. We are thrilled with these.

I ordered 4 different insoles from Amazon and am using one photo to write revews for all 4. This item is the last one on right. Fits youth size 3 without making it too bulky although my kid states its a bit uncomfortable where it ends. It may be too small but I wanted something that focuses on arch and heel so this will do.

My daughter was complaining about leg aches and I realized it was probably from her arches. I had to get specially made ones when I was a kid, and thereafter. I remember the same pain and looked into several types of arch supports. These had the best reviews. So far, she's only had them 3 days, but she hasn't complained about her legs or feet aching. She did say they feel weird, but she's getting used to them being in all her shoes. Definitely worth the money and the company follow-up is amazing! Thank you for reaching out.

My daughter will NOT wear it inside her sneakers. she said its uncomfortable and makes her feet hurt more. It was a waste of money for me but maybe it will work for someone else. I think a full insert may be better instead of this one that cuts off before the toes. its also kind of hard.

My 9 year old started soccer practice again in July after being off since March, because of COVID shut downs. He started with his club team, then school soccer also started. Every practice he would complain that his foot hurt, we just assumed it was due to the time off. His first couple of school games and his first club game, he would start off fine, but before halftime he would be complaining about his foot. Second half his entire gait/run would change, and pain would get worse. Finally thought to check his arches, of course they were the culprit. We did not want to spend a ton of money on custom orthotics that may or may not work, so these inserts were the first that came up when I searched, and seemed to be the best fit overall. We got them on a Thursday, he wore them to school on Friday. Friday night, he wore them to his club game. He was back to his old self, zero pain, literally instantly. He now wears them in his school shoes every day as well as his cleats. He has not had any foot pain since the first day he wore them, and his speed and running form has drastically improved. They are worth every penny, I actually need to pick up another set so he doesn’t have to switch them back and forth. Highly, highly recommend!!

This product is amazing! My 8 year old son has been having knee pain for the last 2 years. Some days he would limp and would always go to bed with a heat pad. His pediatrician referred us to an pediatric orthopedic specialist. Blood tests were run, multiple x-rays were taken and my son even had an MRI. Nothing conclusive was found. My son was given was given pain killer, which he didn't want to take, nor was I alright administering it everyday. Going in for a yearly check up (the same pediatrician, mind you) checked my son's feet and diagnosed him with flat foot. He told me to buy some insoles with an arch and see how my son did. After wearing them ONE DAY my son is pain free. The insole fit well into his current shoe and we had no problem finding school shoes that worked as well. My son has been using the insole for one week and has not had any problems wearing them. Thank you so much for an affordable product that works!
