I have high blood pressure and need to lower my salt intake. I just started using this product. It tastes okay but I really like the taste of salt! This is healthier so I’m going to try to get used to the different taste.

Been having problems with fluid retention. I thought to look on Amazon and see if they had any products for cooking. I used the Zesty Lemon to put on my baked fish. Turned out great. I also purchased the Table Seasoning. It says you can use that for popcorn. It took me a little while to get used to unsalted seasonings but so far so good and it's helping my condition.

I was looking for a substitute for Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning. I love that seasoning, but I was starting to find the pepper too spicy. It's not easy to find a lemon seasoning without salt. This one fits the bill. The one drawback is it's not as flavorful as the Mrs. Dash. I like a strong lemon flavor, and this is much more subtle. I think the flavor needs to be a bit stronger.Note: As of 5/2022, I've noticed that if I put the seasoning on after cooking instead of before, the lemon flavor is stronger.

This is the best salt-substitute I've ever had. Tastes better than salt on eggs in the morning. Never leaves me craving for salt.

This is a staple in my home. This is the second bag I have tried. For some reason the other flavor I tried stuck together inside the bottle/bag. This zesty flavor does not - it's flavorful and I forget that I am not using salt. Worth the try. I bought the small seasoning bottle first and then the big bag. This is my second big bag.

I love this spice blend.....it's great on fish, eggs, and vegetables. I love all of the Benson's spice blends!

Again, I saw this and thought ok, let's give it a try.I normally buy: Oh My Spice lemon pepper dill.Ok no spice nor lemon flavor, was very disappointed,So I just mix it with what I use, which defeats the wholepurpose of using a spice for cooking, made more workfor me. I like sprinkling lemon pepper dill on my raw veggies.And meats, really good on pasta dishes, and fish, even my pizza..

The flavor to this is surprising good. Not great but pretty good. I use this while on the HCG diet and I’m kind impressed with it. The only downside to it is that you’re going to have to use a ton to be able to actually taste it cause the flavor isn’t thick. Overall I’d buy it again but I wish it came in a bigger amount.
