A little bit salty but a good flavor

A good jalapeno spice mix but just a little more salty then I would prefer. After some trial and error I found it best not to use too much of it. I recommend it for cooks who want a little "bite" in their dishes but don't want to serve their guests napalm. Price was good and service was top of the line. I'd purchase it again.

A certain pretzel company makes a snack with a similar flavor. Now I can make them at home.

I have purchased 4 cans of this over the years. It’s good seasoning. However it gets a one star review. The issue is the last can I bought was almost half empty. You see this is an 8oz can. I have other spices in a can exactly the same size. But what this company has been doing in my opinion is shaving off an ounce here and an ounce there to save a few pennies over the years. And I have proof as I’ve done a google image of the can labeled 6oz. The current contents are only 5ozs. You thought no one would would notice. They have and now everyone gets to know about it

Flavourful mexican spices without making foods too spicy. Great in Guacamole, ground beef, chicken or pork for tacos, etc. Love it!
