Seems very well made. Mallets and posts are wood, and I especially like the protective plastic caps that are on the mallets--will hopefully prevent the wood from chipping like happened in our old set. Wickets are a bit thin, so you have to be careful when inserting them, especially if the ground is very dry/hard. I'm not so sure about the balls--they are not wood, so we'll see how they hold up. There have been some comments about having to remove the mallet heads in order to store the game in the canvas bag provided, but the grandkids seems to like dismantling them almost as much as playing and I don't see a problem with it. By the way, the canvas bag seems very sturdy and big enough so you don't have to jam everything in it.

Nice set for back yard games. For a more professional game you will want something else, but this is a very high quality family game set.

Great product. Bought these to get my family outside to have some bonding time and no phone! We were all able to play, my 6 year old had a great time beating his mom and dad a couple of times. It came with 6 mallets, which are strong and easy to put together by screwing the head into the handle. Balls are nicely weighted and worked perfectly for the game. I would have given it a 5 star if the bag was better. Not a heavy duty bag! I wish the bag it came with was bigger and stonger, material is very thin and only fits 4 mallets inside if you keep the handle and mallet head on. I have to carry the other 2 clubs by themselves because only the 4 clubs fit.

Good enough to play and have a nice time with family. Have used it about 5 times and nothing has gone wrong. Is not a fancy set but looks good enough quality to me to last a long time.Highly recommended. Good product for the price which is always what a look for.

Used it for the first time last weekend. This was to be put in the camper for trips, so it won't be played except during camping. What little it will be used, it is great. The wickets are a little flimsy, but I think all of them are. Even though the balls aren't wood, they seem heavy enough to effectively play. All in all, a nice set.

When I did research, seems like most croquet sets under $70 have tons of good and bad reviews. Anyway, I went with this set. I like the mallets, balls, and wickets. So far, nothing wrong with them, and kids are having fun. The bag is useless though....doesn't fit everything in unless you take off the mallet tops, is beyond super thin, and rips right away. I am just going to have to buy a huge duffle bag to fit it all in.

This is a great croquet set! Nice and sturdy! I haven’t had to adjust or tighten anything since we got the set a few months ago. I used to be careful about putting everything away each day but sometimes a couple balls or mallet get left in the yard overnight and they still look like new. Good quality product. I also picked this set because the mallets are tall enough for adults to use and my seven year old plays with us. This game definitely helped me get through the stay-at-home. I highly recommend.
