❌ MDH Chana Masala :👉 It causes acidity.👉 It gives you stomach burn.👉 You will have unhealthy, frequent, loose bowl movements.👉 It even scrapes out necessary mucous in stomach & on inner linings of intestines, you can notice that in your stool on & off.👉 Since, it scrapes out that necessary mucous, you might loose control of your bowl movement & anal sphincter.👉 Worst blend of spices. Good blend of spices is healthy, neutralizes excess stomach acid & acts as an antacid, but it is exactly opposite.
