Choung Soo Naeng Myeon, Oriental Style Korean Cold Noodle (Cold Noodle Combo, 2 Pack)

There’s nothing like a bowl of icy naengmyeon on a hot summer day with thinly sliced cold beef, egg, and pickled cucumber and radish. Topped with julienned cucumber, of course!I like this brand because you don’t have to get super fussy about the broth like you do when you make it from scratch. Very satisfying and you get plenty for about 4 satisfying servings per package. The only downside is it’s a bit expensive, but when you want mul naengmyeon and something almost restaurant quality, this works very well. Very refreshing and satisfying when you want a comforting summertime carb dish Korean-style.

I was hoping this tasted like what mom use to make and it is !! I cook noodles 4 minutes and immediately cold ice water bath. Great texture and chew !! Broth packet so good rich but not too salty like some brands

These bring back memories of the cold noodles I had in Japan.

I bought these because some kid on YouTube made them look so appetizing, but they taste like the ocean, and are disgusting.
