I was wrong
These are not the same as other Charter Club Damask I have ordered previously. [I washed them before using, as I always do, and the hems of the pillowcases immediately unraveled.] (please see update; I was wrong about this)At that point I inspected the sheets more closely and discovered that they had no tags with brand name or maker on them, and the hem of the top sheet was missing the hemstitched detail. Also the bottom sheets does not have the super-secure elastic of previous Charter Club sheets I’ve bought (the most recent purchase being last month).I gave it three stars because the fabric seems good and the sheets arrived on time; also the sale price is about right for an okay sheet. If the top sheet also unravels, I’m going to be really upset.Update: I was wrong. The hems did not unravel, they have a lip to close the pillow in. So, a feature, not a bug! I’ve upped my stars.
