Will the camera overwrite existing video files when the SD card is full ,or do the files have to be deleted or format the SD to start afresh?

It auto overwrites the files if you have to change it just go into setting there is a option for it very easy to be found. By Connor on May 31, 2016I just got one of these yesterday and initial review as follows:1) The question / answer I copied into this at the top doesn't appear to be correct. I am using a newly formatted 16G mini SD card, supposedly recording at 1080p resolution. I have also set the loop value to 10 minutes, however rather than looping, the camera shut off after 10 minutes and never completed the write process properly, as the video is not playable by either Windows Media Player OR VLC player.2) Not sure what the function of "motion detection" is. Does it start/stop the camera with car movement or does it mean something else? I currently have it turned off.3) What is the GSensor setting supposed to do? Right now I have it turned off.4) What are the various settings under LDW (On/Off, Car Type, Sensitivity, Area Choice, Start Speed, OnWOff Sound) supposed to mean / do? My settings during the test were (On/OFF=On; Car Type=Sedan Car; Sensitivity=High; Area Choice=Taiwan , Start Seed = Low-speed start, and OnWOff Sound = Off). I'm COMPLETELY confused with most of thoseI realize this is a VERY inexpensive camera, so I'm not expecting $100 performance ... but I don't think it unreasonable to expect performance which is not consistent with the options in the camera. Any help at all will be appreciated.Thank you all

Does the video automatically re-record over previous recorded video? "looping video"

Mine had an interval of None, 1, or 3 minutes but what mine does if you set it to 3 minutes it would record for 3 then create a new file and record for another 3 and so on. So if you drove for 20 minutes I would have like 5 files all 3 minutes each.

can i plug this into a tv and just use it as a live stream set up?

It has a mini hdmi cable outlet, so it's possible to connect it to a tv set.

Is the device comes with a memory card and what is the maximum volume that supported
