I am very happy with these canned beans.

The price is reasonable and I really like this product. Supposedly the beans are soaked and then pressure cooked which is good news for those trying to avoid lectins. I haven't found another brand like that. One of the cans in the middle was dented though.

This is the brand to buy if you want the best taste, and the best for your health. Organically grown, soaked, and pressure cooked with kombu, a sea vegetable that enhances flavor without salt. The best! A staple for me.

These beans are a staple in our cupboard. We add them to everything from salads, to stir fries, to sautés. Would probably use dried beans for soup, but these canned beans are a quick, healthy, delicious convenience food. Always ready, you don't have to think to soak them the night before. They can be tossed into just about any vegetable dish for protein and flavor. They love garlic and good olive oil for seasoning. If you like dips, they'd make a great base. At just over $2.00 a can, the Amazon price on these is great, too. No BPA in the can, and Eden Foods is a wonderful little company that I feel good supporting. (No, I don't own or work for Eden Foods. Don't even know anyone who works there. They are domiciled in the state where I spent my earlier years, but I've never even been to the city of their location.) 9-9-14 update. I no longer recommend this product and have stopped purchasing it myself. I have stopped purchasing all Eden products. These canellini beans are even better: Bioitalia Cannellini Organic Beans, 14 Ounce (Pack of 12), also available on Amazon where I purchase them on subscribe and save for less than $2 a can. (Also, no BPA)

I LOVE these canned cannellini beans. They are organic, which is important to me, and do not contain any of the harmful chemicals/preservatives that so many canned products have. I also love the fact that there is no salt added, another hard to find quality in canned goods. While I do prefer to make my own beans from scratch, when in a pinch, these serve me well. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the product or experienced the problems that a couple of the other reviewers have had. The beans always come out creamy and delicious...they are good enough to eat on salads (after a rinse of course). The Subscribe & Save option is great for these, too, because it works out to be less than what I would pay in my local grocery store for the same product. Plus, buying products by the case is not only easier, but it leads to a well-stocked pantry. I will always keep these beans on hand. I love Eden Organic products, but this is definitely my favorite!

Good texture beans, low-salt so healthy, easy to use for quick meal with cooked kale, mint, basil, olive oil and a bit of parmesan or feta cheese on top. While they are not cheap, I value the time saved and really low salt (compared to most canned beans).

Cans within the box were very badly dented. The shipping box was fine. Tells me they a ere shipped that way. Will say first time this has happened.
