PERFECT CLEANER FOR PET STAINS AND HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS.
Seeing is believing! I'm always slightly hesitant to order home appliances online, especially being they are much more difficult to return than a small parcel. Well, I gave this one a try and I just have to say- I could not be any happier with it than I am.Firstly, if you're looking for a deep cleaner that will have a tank capacity big enough to do your entire house- Keep shopping. This little bad boy might require you to refill it more than once per room, but the overwhelming advantage to this is that it can fit into smaller closets without taking up an immense amount of space. This is especially convenient for me as I live in a two bedroom apartment with one utility closet to share between myself and my roommate; so compact design was an absolute must.Second, there's no bells and whistles with this little beast. There's no hoses to connect, which means there's no hand tools or anything for small spot cleans or cleaning your car. The compromise for this, of course, is that there are far less things that can go wrong or break. It's a very simple machine with one on/off switch and a trigger button beneath the handle to control the water/solution dispersal. The cord is longer than most deep cleaners, which is mega plus for me.And lastly, the design of the reservoir tank is awesome. The dirty water goes into it's own separate compartment in the same tank, once again saving space and time. One tank for all the liquids. Your cleaning solution goes in the top and the dirty water is filtered into the bottom which can simply be poured out without ever needing to touch it. My recommendation, however, is to pour a little clean water in there when it's time to put it away. Swish it around a little to get any excess dirt out before pouring it out. Nice and clean. My personal experience with this cleaner is as followed:I have two cats and a dog. One of my cats is geriatric (made 20 this year), and had a tendency to puke if he eats his meals too fast. This lead to several unsightly stains on the carpet as they would happen while I was away for work 12 + hours a day. My original deep cleaner broke last year so it was time to buy a new one and take care of the problem myself rather than spending 100 bucks to rent a rug doctor. I found this model on sale on amazon for 80 bucks so I jumped on it. Let me just say, it's INCREDIBLE. Stains I spent twenty minutes trying to scrub out by hand are coming up like they're nothing, and the carpet looks BRAND NEW. The high traffic areas in my room were horrible since I do industrial work and track my environment home with me, but this little machine restored that area to near new condition.I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and I intend to get one for my parents for their anniversary as they're needing a new one soon too.

A picture is worth a thousand words
Very impressed with this carpet cleaner! I used to have a Bissell cordless handheld but it died so I started looking into getting a full sized one and based on reviews and pics, I chose this one and I'm very happy I did!I really put this thing to the test on some spots my kitten made after a disastrous food switch. The first pic is the night I got it. I used the cleaner it came with and tested 2 spots I had attempted to hand-clean. The second pic is the after shot.I was impressed but wanted a different cleaning solution so the next morning I bought one. The 3rd and 4th pics are of my tiny dining room with various stains. 5th pic is the after shot.Note: I was able to clean about 2/3 of the dining area before having to stop, dump and refill.6th pic is of the contents of my 2/3 cleaning. Pretty gross stuff hiding in my carpet lolFinished up in the dining room and had enough left to clean the litter box area so 6th pic is the before and 7th pic is the after. Excellent job here!Final pic is a size comparison to my vacuum cleaner. Wanted to mention this thing moves more like an old non-swivel vacuum. Can feel a little bulky but not difficult to handle just takes a minute to adjust if you're used to the mobility of your super swiveling vacuum lolAlso, someone asked if it picks up animal hair and it does not but it pushes into little clumps so you can grab it with your vacuum afterwards.Assembly took 30 seconds. It comes in 3 pieces, with the screws you need. Grab your Phillips head and you're good to go.I am extremely happy with my purchase and very thankful for the honest and thorough reviews on here that helped me make my decision so I hope mine is helpful to someone in the same boat!

Seems to do the job, great price. Recommended.
Might be a 5-star, but have only used it a little and hardly ever give 5 stars but...Have light beige W2W carpet I "inherited" from previous owner and I got a lot of "stuff" so have often said if I ever have to replace this carpet I will have to move. I had a service clean it when I first moved here and one cleaning was about the price of this item. They did OK enough not for me to complain but I wasn't impressed a lot either with the service and carpet was wetter than I liked after they finished. They didn't move anything just went around.So... I like this option much better. I considered renting a machine somewhere but wanted to try to do this over several days because that way I don't have to move out and back in but can move a few things at a time and that didn't seem practical for a rental. Plus this should last more than one time. I don't know if I'd like this machine if I had to do a large area all at once, it seemed like a full tank could do about 10' X 10' Max. (maybe) but that depends on how slow you go, how much solution you spray and other things, but you'd be changing the water often.Never used one of these before but this machine is fairly easy to use and I can see myself using it just for an area here and there on occasion. Carpet doesn't seem as wet as when the service did it, I could have made another pass sucking up water but a couple seemed like enough. My carpet wasn't as dirty as I expected judging by the water sucked up, and will do an area at a time over the next while and if I have any issues will try to update the review.I did have a question about the machine when I first got it and it's also nice to have actual customer service people you can call... they were polite and helpful.
