I've bought pizza cooker how much would you use of this product, I'm unsure the ratio of 500gms of OO flour has anyone used this way

1 teaspoon of yeast to 500g 'OO' flour for pizza dough.

How do you store the yeast after opening?

Once opened, keep it in an air tight container in the freezer. You can take out what you need and allow it to return to room temperature before using.

Is this suitable for use in a Bread maker?

Sorry for delay but only just used this dried yeast, and it has produced an excellent 2lb loaf in my Judge Bread-maker. Will now be using for pizza dough later today.
