Q: Which is the proper base and top coat to use with this particular powder?

I have used sns base and top coat with this powder. I didn't like how the brushes were bigger and wider. Now I use Kiara sky base and top coat because theirs are a smaller size brush. It works perfectly fine!! I think you can use any brands of dip liquids. I do the dip powder nails professionally. Never had any problems. Hope this helps.

Q: Is the color close to skin color? ..im trying to match my wedding dress but dont want the color to blend into my skin ;(

It is a very neutral color. If you are a warm skin tone, like I am, it will probably not show up well on your skin. It is a little pink/coral color. The good thing is that you will probably get three weeks of wear out of it because it doesn't show wear and tear because of its closeness to skin tone. I hope this helps. If you want a true pink or beige...this color is not for you
