Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. This product has been most helpful with perimenopause symptoms. My hot flashes and night sweats are completely gone. I’m able to sleep more hours in a row now as well. I’m on my 3rd package of pills, but noticed a difference in those symptoms within a month. Would definitely recommend this product.

I've been taking them for 4 weeks with zero change to the hot flashes. I'll finish up the box and will review again if there has been any noticeable change.***UPDATE 3/6: As od 3/2/2025, I have doubled the suggested amount and have quicky noticed a decline in the number of hot flashes per day and decreased severity. I feel more comfortable now going out in public not worrying about the next "attack." LOL

I could never really tell if this product did anything for me. Did my symptoms go away on their own or did this help. Well I needed to stop this for an upcoming surgery.
