Definitely worth paying for. I have several lighters, and two torches. it works for all of them.I used to end up buying a new lighter every couple of weeks, especially the torch ones. I haven't had one fail since I've been using this stuff.Previouly I was getting Ronson 2 for £1.50, but I was spending about a tenner on lighters. This is better.

Cheaper and better option than binning candle lighter and buying another one. Lots of adaptors in the lid, and guide on side of can told me to use the white one for a candle lighter - job done. My daughter can have the second can to refill her candle lighters. Happy with purchase!

Had used Newport butane gas before and decided to purchase again after I recently ran out.I use it with various items at home. Mainly lighters and a gas soldering iron.It comes with 8 adaptors and 2 flints in the cap.I can't really comment on the purity of the butane gas as its burns just as any other gas I have tried over the years.But, its the way the adapters are packaged in the cap that sets it apart for me. They all recess snugly into the cap and therefore are kept secure in storage. Other brands had adaptors that have to be snapped off the lid before use and can't be put back afterwards. You then have loose adaptors rattling about.Its just gas ( I know! ), but its these sort of design things that makes me buy again.

i bought a single can before; really pleased as it lasted a yearso i bought this dual can again.the different nozzles are great and covermost of the lighter market.

Bought these for use in a cooking blow torch. They have proved excellent.

If you are buying a good quality lighter it is wise to buy purified Butane which has impurities removed. This gas comes with every adapter known to ,man in the cap! Recommended.

Never had any issues with the quality of this gas from filling cheap lighters to kitchen blowtorches to gas powered soldering irons. Especially like the spare flints in the lid, very handy for a clipper lighter. The two pack is much better value but the six pack (if you need that much) currently works out as less than £2 per can, excellent value, excellent quality, excellent product.

Great product and gas. Deducted a star because the plastic tube on the valve snapped on one of the cans. Seller offered to replace the item but not worth it due to issues with postage of the item due to it being a pressurised container.
