Perfect Dutch Oven — Looks Gorgeous and Cooks Even Better!
I’m seriously obsessed with this Tramontina enameled cast iron Dutch oven! It’s beautiful, sturdy, and works like a dream. The color is absolutely stunning in person — it looks so nice sitting on my stove even when I’m not using it.Cooking with it has been amazing. It heats evenly, retains heat really well, and makes everything from soups to braised meats come out so tender and flavorful. Plus, cleanup is a breeze — the enamel coating really helps keep food from sticking, and it wipes clean easily with a little soap and water. It feels super high-quality without the crazy high price tag you’d expect from other brands. Honestly, it’s become my go-to pot for just about everything. If you’re thinking about it, just get it — it’s a kitchen game-changer!

Life changing
I cannot express how much I love this braiser. I have never left a pot or pan on my stovetop, I do have many pretty ones ( Dutch oven, cast iron of all kinds etc) but this workhorse is absolute perfection in appearance but I leave it out for the simple reason I can do just about everything I need with it from breakfast , lunch to dinner. Easy to clean and makes the most amazing meals!

I love it!
I love this Braiser Pan so much! In the first few day that it was delivered, I unboxed it, sat it on my stove, and just looked at it. It is so pretty. The Braiser Pan is deeper than youn would expect.

Top Notch Quality
After purchasing similar Lodge product, a brand I have trusted for many years, I was forced to return due to chipping of the enamel both before and am following use. The Tramontina braiser was far superior to the Lodge product, evidenced by a visual inspection upon receipt but also after use. There has been no damage to enamel during cooking or washing product. Super happy with this pan not only for its durability, but for its beauty. It’s visually stunning and a great addition to my collection of cookware.

Equal to Le Cruset, a lot less pricy
Hubby killed my stainless soup pot by boiling it dry.I decided to get an enameled cast iron pot instead, as I love my Le Cruset pots and pans. I would not pay over $400 for Le Cruset, and I don’t know if they still have outlet stores like 30+ years ago.Reviews on this pot were very helpful, and since I couldn’t get even stainless steel at this price, decided to give it a try.Took a bit longer to get it….about a week.Nicely made, enameling is perfect unlike the Martha Stewart brand that I’ve seen.Weight evenly distributed. Decided on the bright yellow so I could easily tell Hubby which pot I wanted and he could easily identify what I was asking for (a stress reliever!!!)I’ve made soups, roast, pasta gravy and even turnip greens for New Years Day (required in the Deep South). It’s done an excellent job each time.Hint: buy Barkeepers Friend in the gold colored can to use with this. It quickly and easily removes stains on the interior off white enamel. Have been using it on my LeCruset for 40+ years. Does not damage the enamel.I will be adding more from this line, each in a unique color for its purpose. Fewer misunderstandings with Hubby who does not cook!I LOVE THIS POT 💕💕. You will too!!

Fine
Already chipping where the raw cast iron contacts the enameled parts, not sure why they didn't just fully coat it unless that makes the problem worse. Great oven works beautifully and cleans super easy, holds a lot and isn't super heavy. Not bad if you catch it on sale.

If you can't afford or justify buying Le Creuset then get the next best thing --- Tramontina
To be honest if I could afford Le Creuset enameled cast iron cookware I would buy it. But I can't afford Le Creuset so I do the next best thing --- I buy Tramontina enameled cast iron cookware.I know Le Creuset is the best and will last 3 lifetimes if taken care of. I don't really care about cookware that will last 100 years if taken care of. I know my Tramontina will give me a good 15 to 20 years if properly taken care of --- no dishwasher. These all need to be washed by hand. It is worth it considering how versatile these enameled cast iron cookware is. And how easy they clean up. Just let them soak a wee bit with some hot water and a bit of dish soap and use a gentle sponge on them and BOOM! Spot on spotlessly clean. Easy.I braise a lot of things. I roast a lot of things. I cook a lot of things. I cook everyday. I do not operate a microwave heat 'n serve thaw 'n serve oh it's all already made in a box for you, or let's have someone named Bennie with God knows what disease in the back of some grocery store make what I'm going to serve my family and eat myself --- no, I cook. Real food. Whole foods as much as I can.And anyone doing that, or desiring to do that even once a week, once a month, once in a while ---- ought to have at least one, or two good quality enameled cast iron to do that sort of real cooking in. To do this then I heartedly recommend buying yourself a piece, or two, or three of Tramontina brand. You will like it. Yes, it's heavy. Its enameled cast iron. But if you want to do something right then why not --- do it right? There are tradeoffs in everything in life. You want the quality and convenience and ability to cook almost limitless, tasty, wonderful foods by braising, roasting, etc.? Then use the right tool! And unless one is truly feeble, truly very weak in the arms these are manageable items to use. Just be careful. Take your time. Don't rush. Don't be braising and texting! Buon apetito!

This is a great braiser for the price
Bought this per cooks illustrated as their Best bargain Buy Braiser. Love it. For a savings of over $200 over La creuset because of smaller handles this is great. Worked great and cleaned up beautifully.
