Was suprised how clean and undamaged this refurb phone was.Guess I was a lucky customer and got a really nice phone. Seen some whiners complaining, it's a refurb. It ain't going to be perfect. Of course mine almost is perfect. 😎

Super fast delivery and in PERFECT condition right out of the box. Not a scratch or a ding! Said it was for the Verizon network, and it was. I did have to go into the Verizon store because the SIM from my old (OLD) s5 did not fit, but I have a friend who had an s7 and he just moved the SIM into his new s9 and was up and running after he did his device transfer online (I know you can order a new SIM online, too.) The Smart Transfer app was awesome for moving data from my old phone to new, however it didn't transfer any of my old text messages. Bummer, but not the end of the world. All of my contacts remain in tact, however, and even the alarm was still set to the time I'd had it set for on my old phone.Took a bit to get used to the fingerprint scan, but now that I've got the hang of it, it's really handy.Battery life could be better, but going from a phone that basically needed to be plugged in after an hour of normal use, this is awesome. It seems to last about 3/4 of a day before needing a boost and I use it pretty heavily for music, podcasts and videos.It's super fast and has not had any glitches so far. Everything works exactly as it should.Picture quality is AMAZING which was the most important thing in a new phone to me, as I use it to shoot for work (portfolio pics of the custom jewelry I make - so small stuff with no special light/photo box set up or anything.) I loved my s5 for the camera, and this absolutely blows that one out of the water. It has also performed amazing shooting pics of my kids and larger photos of sunsets and such. The camera is super fast to open without having to do a finger scan or anything, so I won't be fumbling to get into my camera and missing important photos anymore.YouTube video tutorials for learning to use features, find little hacks and for set-up were very helpful.All in all, this was a fantastic purchase. I will update should anything happen in the first year or so, but I'm thinking this is another keeper that I'll have around for a long, long time.

I bought one originally for myself a few months ago, and it's been a great phone. I use Straight Talk, and it was a simple plug & play with my SIM into this Verizon phone.I bought another one a couple weeks ago for my son, who uses TracFone. Before purchasing, and multiple times since, I've switched his SIM into my phone to check compatibility-and it works flawlessly every time. Unfortunately, the new phone would not work with his SIM at all, and would only allow outgoing calls with my SIM(and showing roaming triangle the whole time as well). Contacted seller, they had no idea why it wouldn't work-but suggested I return it. Seemed to be a good phone otherwise, worked well on WiFi & showed Verizon logo on power up.Ordered another one to see if it would work. This time it shows T-Mobile logo on power up. My SIM works for calling out, but still shows roaming triangle-and his SIM doesn't work at all. After online check with TracFone, they said it was definitely showing up as a T-Mobile but that it should work as long as we buy the right SIM card from them. Placed the order & will see what it's like when it shows up in a couple days. Will try to remember to update this review.[UPDATE] new SIM works well.

I purchased 2 of these Galaxy S9 phones. I write very few reviews, but this deserves one. Both phones looked like they were Brand New. There wasn't a single scratch or scuff mark anywhere. The ports (USB and headphone) were perfectly clean and showed no wear. I would have thought that these phones were actually brand new except the battery wear on both phones was 80 and 81%. I tested both phones using the AccuBattery app to check the battery health. The description from the seller states that battery health would be at least 80% and they were. That's really the only negative thing about these 2 phones I bought is their battery life, but these phones are over 2 to 3 years and I knew this before I made the purchase. My girlfriend and I love these phones! Sure there are newer and better phones, but for the price and the condition of these phones, you can't beat them. I bought these phones to use on the cell service provider Visible. Visible is a prepaid cell service that is owned by Verizon and users Verizon's towers. You do have to enter the Access Point Names and information(easily found online) into your phone after putting in Visible's SIM card initially to connect to Visible's cell service. I've had these 2 phones for 5 months now and still live them. Very satisfied customer. Note: I purchased 2 other S9 phones from another Amazon seller also and they were beat up. Both were scratched and one had makeup packed into the ear speaker and around the frame. They were the same price and had a similar description to the 2 excellent phones in reviewing here. This is a good seller and I would definitely buy from them again. The seller of the excellent condition phones was GM DEALS.

The fingerprint reader on my phone has a fair bit of scratches, causing it to fail 2/3 attempts regardless of how I set up my fingerprints. This isn't a deal-breaker for me, but if you use it often, it might be.Battery life is fantastic, lasts me all day. The screen had very minor scratches, well beyond what I was expecting - almost new, but this may vary. OLED burn in is super faint, completely invisible unless you open a white background and look for it. Generally an amazing purchase apart from the fingerprint reader.

This phone works very well and looks like new. Works with all carrier in my country. I recommend
