It was actually being used by a professional chef during a cooking demonstration. I went up afterwards and asked about the board. I was looking at other J.K. Adams boards, but this one is different. It has a very subtle curve to it that keeps all of the juices right where you want them, instead of being channeled away in a groove. It looks subtle, however, it can hold quite a bit of liquid on the board. I used it for the first time this Thanksgiving and it performed just like I thought it would. I am going to be buying more of these as gifts for my "foodie" friends.
