EzyDog Neo Dog Collar, Extra Large, Red

The only reason I bought another one was because we misplaced it. I love it and my dog hates wearing a collar and he doesn't mind this one. I have a boxer breed dog and got him the camoflouge version. He's quite handsome with this on!

This is our second EZYDOG collar. My first Therapy Dog wore it for several years, just tossed it into the washing machine once in awhile. Now, my second Therapy Dog wore it, but it was a bit too small, so we got him a larger one. Except for being larger, it is exactly like the older one. Same high quality craftsmanship, comfort and durability. I am going to give the old one to our dog club, since it still looks great and still has years of wear left.

I have bought these for both my dogs. My 5 year-old Lab mix and my 3 1/2 month Yellow Lab puppy. There is no better collar available. My dogs are worth getting these. My 74 pound lab mix took the large, he had been maxed on on a medium for a while, but he doesn't need a secure collar for restraint, so I went to the bigger size.. My 36# Lab puppy outgrew a small, and is in a medium already at its smallest configuration. When measuring, if you're near the upper limits of the collar's size, get the size bigger.

I actually bought the camo and purple for my two pitbulls, and really enjoy them both! We had forever used nylon collars on our older of the two, and when we adopted the younger one, decided it was time to step up and get something nicer. The nylon ones always had issues where the size slider would loosen up, and create an easy way for our dog to slip out, so I was drawn to the velcro adjust-ability of this collar. It is incredibly strong, and seems like it will be a very durable, long lasting, and comfortable choice for our pups.One thing I was not a HUGE fan of is that the on the purple collar, the velcro sticking out looks kind of funny. I think I would have maybe ordered a size up to avoid this, but a small cosmetic issue is about as bad is it really gets with this thing. The brindle in the picture is a 46lb 7yr old, with an 18" neck. The gray brindle "puppy" is about 37lbs (at 6mos old), and has a 17" neck. We went ahead and just got him a large, knowing he will grow into it. As you can tell, we liked the collars so much, we bought the matching harnesses (for which I have a review posted as well).All in all, a great product for a very reasonable price. While we have not had these long, I'm sure we will. Everything we have ordered from EzyDog via Amazon has arrived relatively on time (except for the purple harness. It was held up for about 4 days, with no real explanation). That aside, I will, and obviously have, buy more from this company.

The EzyDog dog collar and training leash I ordered just came. I have to say that it is everything that I expected. The quality looks real good. It even came two days earlier than the original ETA that Amazon gave me. I am a bit disappointed though because as soon as I connected the leash to the collar and tried walking my dog for the first time she was able to slip out. Last time I ordered a collar from a separate company I got a Medium, and that was too small. When I measured my dogs neck it was 18". The size chart says for necks 18" to 20.25" to go with a Large. Also, I looked at a few other reviews from people who had ordered Large collars for their dogs. They had similar breed (Pit Bull or Pit Bull Mixes) and sized dogs as mine and the collars seemed to fit perfect in the pictures they provided. My dog's head is small for a Pit Bull or Pit Bull Mix, though. Her neck is almost bigger than her head. So maybe I should have went with EzyDog's Checkmate Training/Martingale style collar. However, I am thinking that hopefully she may grow into it.

So, I know beauty isn't necessarily what would draw people to this utility collar, but against my Olde English Bulldogge's shiny black coat, the black looks absolutely gorgeous. Or rather, she looks gorgeous with it on.-She's only 4 months and growing, but with a 15" neck, the medium fit perfectly with no adjustment. I'll def go to the next size as she grows, and probably the wide when she's an adult. Bullys always have a lot of neck, and do a lot of pulling, so I'm already committed to stay with this line for beauty AND comfort.- I don't really like the look of the velcro - would've preferred it went on the underside of the collar in a less noticeable way, but the reflective piping all the way around makes up for that to give a contiguous appearance of the black, regardless.-Also, it's easy to remove the red EzyDog tag (with tweezers to pull out the red threading) to make the collar black all of the way around.-The cushioned neoprene is excellent, and although my dog disliked all of her previous collars and scratched at them, she's had no issues with this.-Lastly, ours had no "smell" previously reported by some. It also was not too stiff. It was perfect, straight out of the box.-Just a really well-built, good-looking collar. So much more substantial than any of my dogs' previous collars, without being too bulky or obnoxious to my dog.

I am on my third collar to date, and choose this brand as I have a water loving spaniel who is constantly in the sea. One of the main advantages for me is that the inside of the collar is made out of a neoprene type material which dries very quickly. Another big plus is that they clip on and off so easily, I can undo it in a flash with one hand, which is very helpful when I arrive home and am trying to deal with a wet dog, and taking off my coat at the same time! They also look very smart and have a narrow strip which is visible at night. I personally would not consider another brand. They last a long time, but occasionally need replacing, as do most collars and leads eventually. Not because they break but simply because they begin to look a bit tired after 3 years or so. All in all a lovely collar.

Third one of these. Bought this one as previous ones for other dogs were actually pretty good. Well made, strong & reliable. Strong clip, decent materials & D-ring etc is solid. They are standing up well to full on use on big strong dogs.This one must have been a bad batch, stitching is off & some fraying of thread is visible. Maybe quality control let it slip through without a proper check?

Comfortable, stands up against wear and tear and comes in some cute colours.The strength is important to me, having 2 very large powerful breeds (and one small surprisingly strong little rat) this one is perfect for our rhodie x dobie, yet comfortable for her to wear 24/7 if needs be. Coupled with EZ dog leads you can't go wrong.

I always buy this brand,yes there are cheaper but you get what you pay for. It’s comfortable for my girl to wear and it fits her well. No problem at all
