Omron Healthcare H-CL22 Comfit BP Cuff, Pre-Formed, Wide Range 9"-17" ()

I purchased my OMRON BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR, Model HEM-780N3, with this style H-CL22 cuff, in November 2009. I have used this monitor several times a day for about 3.5 YEARS without a single problem of any kind. It has always given me excellent service. Apparently the cuff has finally worn out.. Omron advises me that the cuff is frequently replaced annually.. I figure I have received my $$ worth of service out of my original cuff.. Omron tells me the cuff is simply worn out as the BP numbers get to a certain point and "hover" there without competing the readings. Suffice it to say that I'm quite happy with the longevity of this cuff and I'm replacing it today.... UPDATE: 27 May 2013, The new cup arrived just a few days after I placed my order. It attached easily and I was back getting accurate readings in no time. The quality and ease of use of the new cuff appears to be equal to the quality of the one I wore out after years of great service. I highly recommend this blood pressure unit to anyone seeking a similar device. It operates on batteries or from a wall adapter that comes with it. Great product. UPDATE: 17 July 2016.. Both the OMRON BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR and the replacement cuff continue to be used frequently and provide excellent accuracy when compared to nurses' readings with the much older and usually more accurate manual pump-up blood pressure cuffs.. One thing that continues to amaze me is the length of time and number of uses that this monitor will function on the same set of batteries.. It easily operates for months on end through hundreds, perhaps thousands, of readings on a single set of batteries. It is an understatement to say that I have certainly got my money's worth in this purchase.. I continue to recommend this monitor to anyone looking for an excellent monitor that is simple and easy to use and provides great long-term service..

This cuff really speeds up the whole process. Getting a snug fit in the right part of the upper arm with this is much easier than the old cuff I replaced, where you had to cinch it tight and try to stop it from sliding around. I use this on an Omron 712C, which is an older model, so the included adapters will NOT fit that monitor. I just switched the adapter from the old cuff, and after some intense pushing, the old adapter snugged up tight to the new cuff's tubing. These cuffs are made FOR Omron, not BY Omron. They are made in china. Decent quality and value for the money (I paid $20.00).

After three weeks using the BP cuff, I can say that it works as good as the original. Perfect fit to my Omron BP785 monitor. Too bad the monitor is warranted for 5 years and the cuff is only good for 1 year. I would have rated it 5 stars except the original cuff was lost in shipping. However - I received the replacement cuff within 3 days of notifying Amazon.

Did not inflate with the blue attachment at the end of the hose into the newer HEM 780 machine but I bought it to replace the HEM 780 Rel that I got at Walmart earlier. Once I used the grey attachment that was like the one on the older model and it workd fine. Did not want to play around with testing it on the newer HEM 780 with the blue attachment to the machine but since I bought it to replace the older cuff I am very pleased that I was able to have 2 working units. My husband is on home dialysis and I MUST have an accurate blood pressure monitor.

Exact Omron replacement cuff. Omron recommends replacing once a year. My old cuff lasted about two years of continuous use before it developed a leak. If you use your blood pressure monitor on a daily basis as I do, I would recommend purchasing an extra cuff so you won't have to go without one. It also will help in diagnosing a problem with your blood pressure monitor if it starts to act up. (I borrowed my neighbor's same exact cuff to check to see if it was my cuff or the unit giving me the readings problem)I do find it a bit expensive though since it cost almost half of a new unit.

I like the fit of this cuff that is why i keep buying it. I do dialysis at home and have to check my blood pressure every 30 min during treatment,so my cuff goes through a lot of use and i have to replace them often. I love these cuffs for the comfort of them on my arm. I get them from this seller because i know they will be what i want and in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.

Works about the same as the original (stiff) cuff. However, I find the Omron H-CL22 replacement cuff much harder to get it around my arm with one hand, compared with another design by a different manufacturer. I prefer a different design which has a soft pliable cuff that you can pull through a guide easily with one hand in order to get a good fit around my arm for the velcro to stick. I did use one of the adapters that came with the new Omron replacement cuff that works better with the narrower tube that came with the other cuff. Both provide similar blood pressure readings with the Omron meter, so I prefer the one which is easier and quicker to use, and almost never results in meter errors. I guess that was an expensive adapter, as the Omron replacement cuff is sitting on the shelf as a backup cuff, even though brand new.

Blood pressure monitors last a long time. But if you're any kind of a man and you watch the news, you can pop that darned cuff every year or two. And unless you're the second character in a Charles Atlas ad, you're going to need the extra-size bicep cuff. Here's a quality supplier with the exact replacement part, saving you having to buy a whole new machine, which would just get your blood pressure up anyway. Same price as two years ago, shipped fast, arrived in working order.

It was hard to find the proper connection and size. This was the perfect cuff, and I did not have to buy a new blood pressure machine.

Works well as advertised

Bought similar replacement comfit cuff in Nov. 2015, price & shipping have increased 2 times since that purchase . Not sure why, some increase is expected by not double . My BP monitor machine HEM -711DLX works perfectly for years, comfit sleeve becomes defective after using a while. Looks like Omron can make money on selling comfi cuffs that are now close to the price of a completely new BP monitor.

Exact replacement cuff that is cheaper to replace than buy a new blood pressure device.
