Close to half of the bottom pcs i had to pull out n replace..the product overall does have potential but i think the screw (twister top) should be just a hair thicker..posdibly would solve the issue then wouldnt have to take so many out which would keep my hands/trowel/face/arm thinset free. I still have more of the floor to install so im hoping i get a better feel for the product but wouldnt count on it..one last tidbit..the top of the screws tear the heck out of the tips of your fingers. Its easy to use and keeps all my tiles level and smooth. The only reason i dont give this 5 starts is that its pretty pricey for what it is, but it saves me time in the long run. If I did this for a living then I would find another product, but for the average DIY and for someone who is doing a 1 time project and not an expert (like Me), this was perfect. I didn't have any issues with stripping like others have said. You only need to hand tighten, don't use a drill.
