Does the job great
I have a lot of pills/supplements that I take daily and I like to keep them in a monthly pill organizer. I thought I would try this to see if counting out the exact amount I needed to fill my organizer would be easier. It is great! It works just like the ones you see pharmacists using. It's easy to count out what you need, push into one side and slide the remainder of the pills back in the pill bottle. I wish I had found this earlier. The spatula is really nice with the hook on the end that opens the foil insert on pill bottles.

Former drug store manager that had to fill, so I have used more than a few counting trays. This one is solid, thick, balanced, easy to clean, and a great buy. The spatula is equally well made, the thumb slide to the foil opener works well. With over 40 pills bottles to go through to organize daily pill minders, this has been a huge help. 10 out of 10!

Works as needed with some modification
It's a nice little tray and I like the handy tool for opening the seal and pulling out cotton/stuffing. Would be better if the edges came up higher for when I need to pour the portioned pills. I'm using it to count out a bunch of tiny bb-like Chinese herbs into a daily pill keeper. I've built up the side and the spout for pouring back into the bottle to try to keep them from escaping and rolling away.

Spatula is not tray-safe
The metal spatula scrapes the plastic tray up with gentle typical use. Long ribbons of plastic, I’m afraid I’m giving toxic chemicals to my patients
