Yehuda Sweet Gefilte Fish, 24oz (2 Pack) Kosher for Passover

Excellent product. It costs a little bit more than in local supermarket, but my local supermarkets often run out of the sweet variety before and during special holidays. For me, at age 83, and a little infirm, it is a pleasant convenience to have th sent by mail to my door. O.k value for this very tasty product if the sweet variety is not readily available locally and/or you are not up to shopping locally due to hustle and bussle.

I have been buying this product for every holidays for a few years now and it is by far the best tasting Gefilte Fish on the market. Always tastes fresh and has the perfect amount of sweetness. Far and beyond other brands, this taste most like the fish my bubbe used to make by hand. There are a few sliced carrots in every jar, so presentation is nice on your dinnerware. I even got my non Jewish friends to try it and as Gefilte Fish virgins, they were pleasantly surprised. Great refrigerated or at room temperature, with or without horse radish, this is a wonderful product, although a little pricey,

Good taste considering it’s a bottled product

I ordered this after watching a video raving about how good the fish was. I like sardines so I gave it a try. This fish is a really strange texture and has a really weird taste, not at all fishy, but not pleasant at all. It’s guess this must be an acquired taste or something you grew up eating for you to enjoy. I have a new jar I’d be happy to put up for adoption.
