this item works good so far. i have no complain . the packaging for this item was very good. will recommend it for any small business

Be careful when buying used
We bought a used model as a second printer/backup for our shop. it was supposed to be almost new quality. Button was cracked on front and it was scratched up. It prints okay for nw, but it looks like it took some abuse in its past life, which makes me wonder how long it will last.
