Nice variety of different shaped tips. Nice sturdy handles. Will work great for what I'm carving!

I bought this set of tools to get the handle and steel assembly, saving time in making them myself. I did not expect to get fine carving tools so I wasn't disappointed. All of the tools have a cutting edge that is only rough ground. Some of the tool profiles will need reshaped on a grinder before they can be sharpened. The tools are made of mild steel so the cutting edge will not stay sharp very long. One positive thing is that the tool handle feels good in the hand but will not hold up to pounding with a mallet. This entire tool set costs less than one good tool gouge and for my limited need this tool set fit the bill.

Love them, strong and works well with my rough first draft carving. You need more delicate tools for small details works.

They aren't sharp. Otherwise love an but they need to be sharp. I purchased some before, tiny, flimsy, but razor sharp. I would give 5 stars if thwy worked out of the box

For starters, the “blades” were cut uneven, dull, and or had chips in them. They looked like a high school shop class project made on a grinding wheel. Very cheaply made and wouldn’t recommend.

Making my own guitar and these have proven very useful, just had to sharpen them as they come in the full side. Overall, very pleased

Tools came in intact and they seem strong and sturdy. The blades are very roughly ground and a couple of them have tool marks. Weight is good, handle size is good if you have smaller hands. The edges are pretty terrible, honestly, and I will need to sharpen the whole set in order to work with them.

I bought the set to inlet gunstocks and they work extremely well!
