A fun and surprising read!
Carefully detailed, Peter aka Sawyer became a charming fellow in my mind--a person to cheer for and care about. I found myself talking to him: "No, don't do that!" "What? What are you doing?" "That's impossible!" And somehow, he made it all work and come out right in the end. I confess I was relieved when he wrapped it up but also disappointed that I don't know what's next for him. I hope he goes on to have many more adventures.

Anxious to get to the end to see what happens
Hi John - I really enjoyed this. Usually I can guess an ending but not this one. Great job! Thank you for the insight on our publisher too. January Roberts in T or C, NM

Neatly complex
What a great read! I usually read a book in about a month since I read before going to sleep. I read Elusive Immigrant in a week, often until 3 - 3:30 in the am which led to the need for a nap the following day. I just wanted to keep reading....There's a fire hose of complex situations shooting at you, but neatly linked so there's no place to pause and rest.
