Monitor means simple, sturdy construction, clear, accurate sound, powerful bass and superior imaging (all at a surprising price). This new Monitor is classic Polk: a quality-built, affordable line of high performance loudspeakers for music and home theater. They are highly efficient, so they can be driven easily by unpretentious receivers, and they are voice-matched for lifelike surround sound environments. The Monitor Series boasts a stylish look that complements today's flat screen technology, with wood grain finishes and modern Titanium faces. Built for sound quality and value, the Monitor Series is a great introduction to high performance sound. Let the 45B reveal the classic Polk sound (open, spacious and clear) in mid- to large-sized rooms (driven by even a modestly-powered amp or receiver). The 45B mounts on the wall, or on stands (available separately). ## Features - High efficiency design in a dual-driver bookshelf size gives you more options for high performance audio - Dynamic Balance dome tweeter with powerful neodymium magnet structure delivers clear and detailed high frequency response for realistic reproduction of vocals and instruments - Dual 5 1/4-inch composite Dynamic Balance drivers are lightweight and stiff with good damping for high efficiency, excellent bass and midrange clarity with lower distortion ## Product Details - **Brand:** Polk Audio - **Connectivity Technology:** Wi-Fi - **Audio Output Mode:** Surround - **Mounting Type:** Shelf Mount - **Model Name:** WOWOTO R8 Projector ## Images ![WOWOTO R8 Projector Full HD with WiFi, Gray - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71iyaSujd3L.jpg) ![WOWOTO R8 Projector Full HD with WiFi, Gray - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71REC-DoKuL.jpg) ![WOWOTO R8 Projector Full HD with WiFi, Gray - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dmY5BaIhL.jpg) ![WOWOTO R8 Projector Full HD with WiFi, Gray - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714UhL8wFlL.jpg) ![WOWOTO R8 Projector Full HD with WiFi, Gray - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71iyaSujd3L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ IMPRESSIVE *by L***R on February 3, 2014* These speakers produce a rich open tone with lots of clarity. I'm using a 100 watt per channel Yamaha receiver with them and they really bring out musical detail, even at lower volume levels. I listen to CD's and FM radio, mostly 1960's rock, some classical and a little blues/jazz. The trebles are clear and natural without any shrillness, and the bass is tight with no muddiness. In a nutshell they produce music they way it should sound, natural, spacious and realistic. In fact I have heard various details in familiar songs that come through that i haven't noticed before. And I find no need for a sub woofer, for me the dual drivers bring out low frequencies just fine. Make sure you elevate these speakers on stands or a shelf so they're close to ear level. This really opens them up. The natural cherry finish is gorgeous and very rich looking. You won't be disappointed with these speakers. ### ⭐ Returned, Cheap, restocking fee *by Q***E on April 16, 2014* I bought these after reading reviews on the great cherry finish and terrific sound & returned them just as fast. As far as sound goes, I have to say that I was moving off Bose 901s because of a living room redecoration and wanted to move to a smaller size speaker, These Polk speakers are not the way to go -- no depth or richness at all. The cherry finish was cheap and I suspect that any little scratch would have started the paper curling up. Then, to top it off, of course, because I was honest about my unhappiness with the product (really, I should have just lied and said something didn't work, right?? - then we wonder why people are lying all the time) - had to pay nearly $70 to ship them back, AND an 18% restocking fee - cost me half of what I paid for them to return. Lessons learned: watch out for restocking fees on Amazon, don't believe all the reviews you read on Amazon and these speakers s**** ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good purchase, especially for the price *by J***P on May 24, 2014* Recently purchased to replace largeer speakers, good to excellent sound production, using primarily for LPs via Audio Technica turn table and vintage Onkyo amp. Very clean/clear, bass response is not as good as I'd hoped, but can boost that. Workmanship is excellent. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/1159271-wowoto-r8-projector-full-hd-with-wifi-gray](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/1159271-wowoto-r8-projector-full-hd-with-wifi-gray) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
