Ysatis By Givenchy For Women. Eau De Toilette Spray 3.3 Ounces

I have been wearing Ysatis since I was in college, over twenty years ago. I have experimented with other fragrances but always return to Ysatis. It is classic, feminine and sophisticated. A lovely floral, it is neither too sharp nor too sweet. My husband asked me on our first date, almost 14 years ago, "what is that wondorous scent you are wearing?"I recently reached the bottom of a large bottle that I purchased several years ago, and so this year I included Ysatis on my Christmas wish list. My poor husband went from store to store, receiving blank stares from cosmetics associates who seemed to be completely unfamiliar with it. One asked him if I had "smelled it in Europe." Another asked him if he was buying it for his grandmother! And this is how he discovered that one can no longer find Ysatis in stores. Because he ran out of time, I was tasked with purchasing it for myself on Christmas day, and I discovered this listing. The price was fantastic for a bottle of this size, and with the free shipping the choice was easy. But I simply CANNOT believe that I received it in just two days, without having selected expedited shipping! Unbelieveably fast, and one of my favorite "gifts" this holiday season. A perfect purchase.

As a girl, I somehow went from Loves Baby Soft, to Charlie, L'air du Temps, and then to Ysatis. It's a big jump, but I was clearly a girl with taste and dreams bigger than my size. This is a big shouldered floral, in your face, not close to the skin or overly sweet. It packs a punch, which is something younger girls don't seem interested in today, preferring sweet gourmand scents in pretty bottles. Which of course is fine, see Charlie Girl. . But at some point, we all grow up, and when we do, Ysatis is there.Somehow, I lost track of this fragrance, but never forgot it. It was no longer in stores and seemed to be a thing of the past, until Amazon and its ilk came around. I searched, and was thrilled to find my old friend and bought her instantly.And she is as intoxicating as ever. A heady floral, all white flowers and musk. The silage is wonderful, you will announce yourself with this scent. It is feminine and strong, floral and mossy-really, a beautiful perfume.The is the perfume lovers perfume, or should be on the list. It's unforgettable. Marvelous.

Easy ordering and product availability

I have just turned 74 and I have been wearing Ysatis since I was in my early 20s. Men have stopped me in many locations to ask what I was wearing. I am disappointed now that Givenchy has decided to change their bottle once again (third time since I’ve been wearing it). This time the bottle is not geared to sophisticated women at all. It looks like a huge, heavy ice cube. I also believe as do others that they have changed the formula slightly, not quite as floral as it used to be. Others report that it doesn’t wear as well either. I’ll see how that goes. I hurried to purchase from this company as they were displaying the older bottle and said they only had one left so I assumed it was. Unfortunately I received the new bottle which I could have gotten many other ways. The price was good so I’m happy with that. Please Givenchy just know that your of your lifelong customers are not pleased with the new design of this bottle. I have a feeling you’ll be doing it for a lot of the others thinking people want a more unisex bottle which is ridiculous. Can’t we choose to feel feminine if we want to?

UPDATE:NO LINGERING SCENT. NOT REAL YSATIS This is not the Ysatis that I’ve used for years. The scent is definitely similar but it fades very quickly, too quickly! It doesn’t get the compliments I usually do because the scent wears off quickly. It is a darker color too. I’m not saying it’s fake, but it may be old or Givanchy has changed it. Doubtful.. but you get what you pay for. Next time I’m paying a more realistic price! If you don’t know Ysatis for years, this might work for you. It’s a beautiful bouquet just different .UPDATE: Watered down FAKE . Not the Ysatis I love.

Luv the Givenchy fragrance, have been looking for some in stores and hadn't run across any in a while. Now I know where to get it.

This is great. I have worn it for twenty years and this is a great price. I got it a couple of years ago and it cost $ 148.00 at the local department store. Will be getting it again before Christmas.
