Well Made
Print is fresh and the subject matter is great material for Battletech RPG players looking for grey area canon fun to play with.Absolutely essential for would-be scifi storytellers looking for some basis for shadowy conspiracy organizations. The Spacer Guild would approve.

First of Three........Get #2 first.
This is the first of three books describing major players in the politics of Battletech that aren't large (or open) enough to be part of the average person's comprehension of what is going in the world. There are 3 books in this series, Intersteller Players, Jihad Conspiracies, and Intersteller Expeditions. This book is written from the perspective of people looking at information provided by another person making claims about things going on behind the scenes. Jihad Conspiraces was frankly more well done since it adds to the nooks and crannies of the Battletech universe. Intersteller Players in comparison dedicates its largest and sizable entry to the Illuminati Conspiracy and how they are (directly or indirectly) responsible for.... pretty much everything that goes wrong in Battletech. It just feels very forced and not fitting with any of the other lore out there. The later books can easily be shoehorned into most player campaigns.

Interstellar Players (Classic Battletech)
The book was filled with interesting information about the fictional universe of Battletech. Anyone who likes Battletech game/history sourcebooks should find it of interest. Interstellar Players presents a different take on how the fictional history of the Inner Sphere unfolded from that presented in the various House Sourcebooks.

Interesting
I would really rate this 3 1/2 stars, but it's closer to 4 than to 3. Interesting book. More usefull to those who play the Mechwarrior RPG rather than tabletop Battletech. Still, I enjoyed it/
