I’ve had swollen ankles and legs for over a year now, more like 2, but despite my doctor trying water pills twice a day and changing my diet (slightly) nothing seemed to work. Horse chestnut extract has become my relief from truly painful muscle cramps. As a child, I often woke in the night to serious cramps in my calf muscles. Through my twenties the cramps spread to my hands and feet and most everything in between. Simply twisting at the waist to reach something in the passenger seat in my car would set off a charley horse in my back, but the cramps in my feet and legs were always the most frequent and painful. Suggested by a friend I started taking this supplement daily. Four years later the only remaining symptom is the occasional cramp in the second toe of my right foot. I count that a success. The first time I took this product I get very nauseous. Decided to try one more time and actually vomited despite taking with food and zofran. Googled ingredient and horse chestnuts are poisonous.

I read about this product in a magazine about helping with leg swelling. I am a hairstylist and I stand fir long hours. I have bought so many products that have not worked. I have used this for a week and a half and wow, I feel so much better. I could tell in two days how much better.I never write reviews but this product I had to share if you need something for pain.
