Great beginner blocks

These blocks are on the smaller side, but that's perfect for your little one's hands. Note that for this set the letters and images on other faces do not correlate, so you might have letter B and then a crocodile or something. At this price they are a great value and can be used for a variety of things like learning letters, rolling them like dice and practicing storytelling with what shows up, math, spelling, colors, solid/outline, etc... well worth it! Also comes with a nice little bag to store them in.

My son loves these blocks! I love the classic wooden and one side a color and the others pictures and numbers. Great for learning for all ages.

They’re nice. Small but cute. They are actually 1 1/8” x 1 1/8”x 1 1/8”. Which is fine but I was planning to use them with other blocks that are 1” x 1” x 1” and that won’t work. Still nice but wanted to share the correct dimensions.

Used for Maternity pics. Would buy again.

Great toddler toys! Perfect for letter recognition and beginning reading. My kiddo loves to play with these.

I bought these wooden blocks primarily as props for my photography with babies. Although some reviewers have mentioned they are rather small, they are exactly the same size that I remember them from my childhood. There's a good selection of letters and numbers so it's easy to spell out words and short sentences with them. However I find that the yellow blocks don't photograph very well! They feel durable, and my daughter (7 months old) also enjoys playing with these blocks which are a good size for her little hands to grasp.

We love Melissa and Doug toys and thought this would be an excellent addition to our son toy box. However, it’s a bit too small for him to play with right now.
