Comfortable, nice fit
Nice and comfortable. Didn’t notice anything around being any quieter when in though. Wasn’t a problem for me as purchased to stop water going in ear when swimming, not for noise cancellation.

I use this to sleep every night as my husband used to work away and when he was home i could not sleep as he snores. Now he's retired. I can still hear my alarm or phone ring but no road noise or snoring
