It's gluten free and rivals wheat pasta in taste
Corn pasta cooks quicker than wheat pasta, and should be cooked under medium -high heat. For example, if you cook corn pasta at high heat as you would for wheat it would overcook quickly. For best results:1. Place the corn pasta in medium boiling water, under medium high heat.2. Watch the pot and stir often.3. As you stir give attention to the flexibility of the spaghetti, and stop cooking when you observe the texture you desire. You can also remove one and test for chewy-ness as it cooks.4. Cook for about 12 minutes or until you detect the flexibility of the pasta that you desire.

Wonderful pasta!
As of December 2023, my doctors told me that I need to go gluten-free. I have tried other gluten-free pastas did not like them. This pasta is really good. It has a good taste. It does not fall apart when you cook it. It does take a little longer to cook this pasta than it does regular pasta. as far as the cost , I did not think it was too high. It is a little more expensive, but at least it does not make me sick.

Best Spaghetti
Honestly, I am not a fan of spaghetti because there are so many other pastas I like better. Having said that, if I eat spaghetti, this is the only brand to use. The taste and texture are amazing, and even people who aren’t gluten free will like it, and they won’t know the difference unless you tell them. My son and husband asked for seconds, and they love pasta, so you know it’s really good. Trust the Italians to know how to make a great gluten free pasta. This is the gold standard of gluten free. I don’t think there is anything better, and the price isn’t bad for a gluten free pasta. The corn pasta keeps its shape better than the rice based ones, and it reheats very well. Before I discovered this brand, I looked for the most inexpensive ones, which is not the best way to go about it. You can’t get the best if you’re not willing to pay for it, and this is the best. My family is really happy with this brand. It’s a keeper.

Excellent pasta!!
If you are looking for a gluten free pasta that doesn’t make you cry…this is it! Finally, we found a pasta that tastes and is real pasta. This is expensive, but delicious and worth spending the extra to have pasta that tastes like pasta.

Love love love! This is the best tasting gluten-free spaghetti out there. Only one thing you need to know when you first put it into the boiling water you better stir it really good because it does stick together easily. Well worth the money I love it I won't eat any other type of gluten-free spaghetti

Very good flavor, but cook it longer!
I really like the taste, color, and texture PROVIDED you cook it long enough. I like my pasta al dente, and I'm used to cooking it about 7-8 minutes. You must cook this longer, maybe 10 to 12 minutes, and put some EVOO in the water when you put in the salt. The strands stick together much easier than semolina pasta and the oil will help that problem. I made some the other night and had some clumps of four or five strands stuck together. Now that is really al dente. Very good flavor, give it a try. I read many Amazon reviews before I ordered it.

The BEST gluten-free pasta available!
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007. Considering the health problems it caused, there was no question that I would immediately and totally eat gluten-free for the rest of my life. Being a pasta lover, the search was on to find a brand that not only tasted great but was also made from high-quality ingredients. Most (if not all) grains grown in the United States are either directly or indirectly contaminated with glyphosate, whereas most of Europe has banned it’s use (wisely). Not wanting my pasta with a dose of glyphosate to go along with it, I knew I’d most likely have to search for foreign brands of gluten-free pasta. I was happily surprised when I discovered and tried Le Veneziane. Even if I COULD eat regular pasta now, I’d still instead choose Le Veneziane. It’s delicious, and as a bonus it’s not full of dangerous chemicals. I now have a pantry shelf full of many different varieties of this brand of pasta, and I use it at least weekly. Although I can find some of it at Wegmans now, on Amazon I can buy it in bulk and even Subscribe & Save and it’s much less expensive that way, because literally everything specifically gluten-free is always going to cost more. I can’t recommend this brand highly enough.
