This face cream is the best. It goes on smooth and has helped so much with my dry skin!

I'm in love with this cream! I have really dry skin, and during the colder months, I tend to use a barrier balm as the last layer in my skincare. This barrier balm is really almost perfect. It's occlusive enough to lock everything in, but it doesn't feel waxy or heavy. It's a little thicker than regular night cream, but it spreads and sinks in so well. You don't need a ton of it, smaller than a dime will do. I've tried it right after I applied the night cream layer in my skincare routine, but I think it works best if you wait for the other products to dry out a little bit. I wake up with well moisturized skin, with no irritation. Last night, my skin barrier was compromised due to me being dumb and overexfoliating, and this Ultra Balm helped tremendously. This morning, my skin looked healthy with zero redness. And the price is really fair. There's a lot of product in that tub. My usual barrier balm cream contains 1oz of product, and this one has a little over 2 oz. My only complaint is that hardly it has a faint scent that I can't quite discern. The scent is not the best, but it's gone quickly. I've used The Saem products before, but only makeup products. I'm impressed enough by this skincare product, that I will look into their other skincare stuff and give them a try. Overall, this is a win.

I feel like I have pretty high standards when it comes to skin care, and this cream is probably one of the best creams I've used. It is super sensitive skin friendly and has zero fragrance. In fact, I would even say that it smells almost sterile haha. The cream is gel like, but also super thick. You don't need a lot of product to cover your face. It is definitely on the heavier side, but it still applies so beautifully on the face. It does form a sort of barrier on the skin so I would recommend this as a night cream rather than a day cream. But literally, after sleeping with this cream on overnight, my skin felt so well hydrated, nourished, and not irritated at all. You can still see and feel it on your face when you wake up in the morning, and when you wash your face, my skin has never felt smoother. It has healed my redness and areas of irritation overnight. For how effective and high quality this cream is, it is definitely a great value for the money. This is my new holy grail for barrier repair and night cream. I highly recommend this product.

Good moisturizer for me. Goes on clean and not greasy feeling, and I've noticed no negative reactions. I can definitely feel the improvement in my skin. My skin tends to dry extremely easily, and this balm does a good job of holding in moisture. It's also a good size for my travel bag.

Lately, when I see the word "ceramides" on a skincare product, I get starry-eyed. Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration, but my skin goes through a lot--working outdoors, application and re-application of SPF and makeup, cleansing it all off mid-day and reapplying some makeup, sweating for a few hours as I teach hot yoga, and of course, regular use of actives such as retinoids. I'm pretty happy with how my skin looks, but occasionally, it just feels a bit upset at me. It isn't often, but sometimes it just wants to be a little dry, a little red, a little sensitive. Because of those days, I have learned how important it is to keep my skin barrier happy.This particular balm is a new favorite. No red-flag ingredients, and fragrance-free. Note that it does have a scent, as in it just smells like skincare in a not-unpleasant way, but it has no added fragrance, so I don't feel like I'm perfuming my face. The consistency is nice and thick, a true "cream" texture without greasiness. It absorbs well and doesn't just sit on my skin. After applying before bed, I woke up with calmer, less-sensitive-feeling skin. This one is absolutely worth a try for reactive/sensitive skin that needs moisture and protection!

This is exactly what I need for those cold, dry winters when my skin is looking so flaky and awful. The moisturizer is very thick, but doesn't take a ton of effort to work into the skin. It also doesn't feel heavy on the skin. You need such a small amount, so I expect this will last me a long time.I use this on the driest areas of my face, which include around the nose, the chin, under the eyes, and around my eyebrows. I first apply my serums and a lighter moisturizer and then apply this product to those typically dry areas. When I wake up in the morning, my face feels so hydrated. Even after I wash my face, I can still feel that hydration.This product doesn't have any fragrance that I notice. I wouldn't use this during the day just because I think it wouldn't do well under makeup. I have sensitive skin that can break out easily, and I haven't had any issues with this. I'd recommend this for anyone with dry skin or dry spots on their face that they struggle to keep hydrated. Highly recommend.

Love this cream! It reminds me of a more luxury-branded label I used to purchase many years ago in texture and in healing properties before I went on a mostly drugstore beauty budget. It feels almost like a thick creamy whipped mousse and goes on without feeling greasy- which is why I hate wearing moisturizers. I hate feeling sticky, slimy or greasy. I also have very sensitive aging combo skin which angers easily.Because I hate the feel of most moisturizers so much, my hands get really shriveled up and textured- especially in the winter where they also bleed and crack. I thought my hands would be the perfect spot to test this balm and I was thrilled at the results. I only applied the product to the top half of my hand, leaving the bottom part of my hand bare and dry. This balm plumped up my skin and gave it a really nice glow without being greasy, sticky, etc. It just felt like healthy skin! No allergic reactions or breakouts so far either. Appreciate it being vegan and scent-free too.
