Air King 30 inches 1/4 Hp Quiet Oscillating Wall Mount Fan

This fan moves a lot of air and is relatively quiet. I have a 30” shop fan as well which is much louder. The install was easy even though it does not come with the bolts that are required to secure it to the wall. I am contemplating buying a second one if I can work out the space for it.

Just installed it last night! This thing puts out some serious air on high or medium speeds! So much you can’t have anything on a table nearby or it’ll fly away. The slow speed is very quiet for the amount of air it puts out. Plan on buying a few more to mount around the house. It’s a little pricey but living in south Louisiana it’s worth it.

Really good quality build overall. But the lowest speed leaves you with an annoying motor hum that ruins it. Add to that the fact that the oscillation goes further in one direction than another, and I’m unfortunately stuck now having to ship this beast back. I wish I would have read a review about the motor noise. By the way, I don’t think I have a dud. It seems like this is within spec. Just an unpleasant surprise.

Very nice fan, make sure you have a strong support because this is a heavy duty fan. Very quite on low speed but still moves a lot of air. Well worth the extra money.

I scoped this unit out because I wanted a high volume fan, that was as quiet as I could get. Comparably this unit is quieter than anything I had looked at. Now don't expect that it is whisper quiet at full volume. That fan unit is made well, the wall mounting bracket could be a bit beefier.

It's working so far ,assembling was easy and packing was good to prevent damage while in transport. As far a longevity I let you know next summer.
