I used to get muscle milk protein shakes but I get this one now.So glad I made the switch, it is pricey but worth it imo.It doesn’t have that thick shake consistency but is loose like regular milk. I will say it sends you to the bathroom but that’s like any protein. The flavor is great too especially if you like vanilla ice cream I would get this one! It taste just like it almost as if you melted the ice cream and drunk it. I only drink it to reach my protein goals so I can’t speak on much.Its great to mix with coffee to if you want to make protein coffee!

My son who is in football and football camps absolutely loves these! They are high in protein which helps him also. Very easy for a fast paced household also. I love that they don’t have to be cold all the time. They taste great and he is picky. The quality is good, healthy. I have them in his travel bag and they travel well.

FairLife has been my go-to for protein intake b/c of the high quality pasteurized high-filtration. It doesn't leave me bloated. My favorite is the FairLife Nutrition Plan 30G protein drink, but it's been so difficult to find. I've settled for the Chocolate variety sold at Costco, but I far prefer Vanilla. The Core Power is a close second. This vanilla variety doesn't taste artificial or fake like the Premier Protein. This tastes very high quality. I take one before a workout or a breakfast replacement. I don't consider it high calorie if it's going to substitute one meal replacement and the nutrition macros are excellent. Keep'em coming!

A little on the pricier side for many of us, but you get what you pay for here. This is honestly the absolute best vanilla protein "shake" type of drink I've been able to find - and I've tried quite a lot of different brands. Core Power has zero aftertaste, its not chalky in the least; in fact, there's no weird tastes to it at all, just plain old fashioned vanilla - not overly sweet and not too thick, just a smooth and silky mouthfeel full of goodness. These are pretty great for diabetics - low in sugar and high protein. I usually purchase two 12 packs each month to keep on hand when I need something on the go, or when my blood sugar gets too low or just as a simple meal replacement. Only 4 stars because nothing is perfect. They could up the size to a full pint (16 oz) and keep the price the same, which I think may curb some of the complaints about cost/value.

I drink one every morning with a splash of chai tea, and tsp of espresso, tons of ice, its a great way to start my morning, every single day. I use the vanilla, I haven’t tried other flavors yet. Its not chalky, very smooth , i put in a to go container and take with me when I leave. High quality protein. Take and go!

This stuff is the absolute bee knees, it has a great amount of protein and it's natural enough not to give me a stomach ache! I use it to make Protein Coffee (protein shake, cold brew coffee, sugar-free maple syrup) and it really does taste SOOOOO good. Can't recommend enough!
