This honey is really delicious! Plus it reduces local allergy symptoms

I'm using it to sweeten my morning coffee.I also eat with homemade ciabatta bread, Irish butter and HONEY with a cup of tea.

I like the thickness of the syrup.

I know tastes vary but I think this honey is really good. I put it in my coffee and use it on my almond butter toast. You don't have to use a lot of it because the flavor isn't weak at all. I also think it's a good value for the price.

I put this on my oatmeal in the mornings. I have usually purchased Kelly’s honey which is a local Texas honey. It’s also good but the texture of this Texas honey is thicker and a little more flavorful.

I eat honey and peanut butter as a snack when I'm craving a little something sweet, which is most of the time, so I go through a lot of honey. This Local Hive Texas honey has a very nice flavor. I did a side-by-side taste comparison with some dollar store honey that I'd bought while having a honey "emergency", and the difference is like day and night. The dollar store honey is okay but just "meh" okay. This honey is like a flavor explosion in my mouth!

The taste is great and being local makes it more healthy. I use it every morning with my oat breakfast. It also goes very well with cream cheese on hot toast.
