Review: The perfect mounting solution - I purchased this mount for a Yaesu FT-2900 that I wanted to mount in my truck. When I first pulled it out of the box, I thought it must have been a mistake. This mount looks TINY! I mounted it in the truck on the hump and was surprised at how solid it was. it took a little fitting to get the radio on the mount, but it looks great and is stable even on the rough roads. The mount alsost disapears beneath it. If you're on the fence about this one, DO IT! you won't regret it. This is the perfect mount at a great price!

Item works great the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it was smaller than the pictures presents itself. I would have liked for it to be just a little bit larger. But that is only a personal taste. Overall the item works great. I did not have an area to mount by radio under the dash and I did not want to mount it to the side this allowed me to mount my radio where I wanted it with no trouble at all.
